We would like to report that the delivery that had been delayed due to the influence of the new coronavirus has become normal.
It will be delivered by EMS of Japan Post Co., Ltd.
EMS can use simple customs clearance due to its worldwide credibility.
You do not have to declare your Luggage to customs to get permission.
EMS is the only shipping company that does not burden customers with tariffs.
Basically, we will no longer ship by Deutsche Post AG's DHL.
Depending on the country and area, some delays may occur, but we can confirm that it is delivered within the normal delivery date plus a few days.
In addition, for the United States, Australia, China, the Middle East, etc., where shipping is temporarily stopped by EMS, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes possible. Please note.
